You will work across budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial modelling, while also contributing to broader efficiency and improvement initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial advice, insights, and analysis Support the coordination of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning cycles Deliver monthly performance reporting, translating financial results into clear, actionable insights Build and maintain driver-based financial models linking activity to financial outcomes Present financial analysis and key metrics to executive and senior leadership forums Work cross-functionally on initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, and value improvement Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting About You To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in finance business partnering within a large, complex organisation. You will ideally have: 3–5 years’ experience in a Finance Business Partner role CA or CPA qualification Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability The ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills Experience within public health or a similarly complex environment is highly regarded but not essential.
